If you love pumpkin cheesecake but want something you can make in just a few minutes, this easy high-protein pumpkin cheesecake is the perfect fall treat.

It’s creamy, full of pumpkin spice flavor, and made with Greek yogurt for an easy boost of protein. No baking, no complicated ingredient list—just mix, chill, and enjoy!

I love recipes like this because they satisfy that craving for something sweet while also adding some protein. It works as a quick dessert, afternoon snack, or even a little something sweet after lunch.

How to Make Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake

Add the Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, whipped cream cheese, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice to a bowl.

Mix until everything is smooth and creamy. Taste and add maple syrup or your favorite sweetener if you'd like a little more sweetness.

Divide between two small bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Chilling helps the mixture thicken and gives it more of that creamy cheesecake texture.

That's it!

Make It Even Better

This pumpkin cheesecake is delicious on its own, but toppings make it even more fun. Try adding crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, a sprinkle of granola, mini chocolate chips, or a little whipped cream.

For some extra crunch and fiber, I love adding a sprinkle of chopped nuts or granola.

Why I Love This Easy Pumpkin Dessert

Traditional cheesecake is delicious, but sometimes you just want something you can throw together without turning on the oven.

Greek yogurt gives this recipe its creamy texture while adding protein, pumpkin adds that classic fall flavor, and whipped cream cheese makes it taste a little more like the real cheesecake deal.

It’s simple, satisfying, and easy enough to make whenever the pumpkin craving hits.

Can I Make Protein Pumpkin Cheesecake Ahead of Time?

Yes! In fact, I think it tastes even better after it has had some time to chill.

Make it the night before and store it covered in the refrigerator for an easy grab-and-go snack or dessert the next day.

Easy High-Protein Fall Snack

If you're looking for an easy pumpkin recipe with Greek yogurt, this is one to save. It takes only a few ingredients and gives you that creamy pumpkin cheesecake flavor without a long prep time.

And remember—you don't have to make every snack or dessert "perfect." Sometimes adding a little protein to something you already enjoy is an easy way to make it more satisfying.
