Instructions

Chopped sweet potatoes and apples

Mix sweet potatoes, dates and apples in dish. Mix butter, flour and spices in separate dish. Add to sweet potatoes and apples

Mix flour, syrup, vegan butter and spices and add to potatoes and apples

Insert trivet and add water. Add baking dish and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. QR pressure, stir, and cook on high pressure for additional 5 minutes. NR pressure.

After removing dish from pressure cooker, use fork to smooth potatoes and apples

High-Protein Sausage + Banana Pepper Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 thin pre-made pizza crusts
- 5 oz ground turkey sausage cooked and divided
- 3 tablespoon pizza sauce, divided
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- ¼ cup banana peppers divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Crisp the crusts: Place the two crusts on a baking sheet. For extra-crispy crusts, place a wire rack on baking sheet and set crusts on top. Bake for 2-3 minutes, just until crusts begin to crisp.
- Add the toppings: Remove crusts from the oven. Divide pizza sauce between two crusts, followed by cooked turkey sausage, mozzarella cheese, and banana peppers.
- Bake: Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let cook for a minute or two, then slice and enjoy! Add a drizzle of ranch or spicy ranch for even more flavor.
