8 Amazon Finds for High-Protein, High-Fiber Snacks

Published: Oct 20, 2026 by dailydietitan · This post may contain affiliate links · Leave a Comment

When I’m hungry, I need food ASAP! That’s why I’m sharing some of my favorite Amazon finds for high-protein, high-fiber snacks and easy meals that are filling, satisfying, and FAST.

These 8 of my favorite Amazon finds are high-protein, high-fiber snacks that keep on hand to help me build a quick meal, grab a snack on the go, and satisfy my cravings both mentally and physically.

As a registered dietitian, I'm a big fan of keeping things practical. You don't need to eliminate your favorite snacks or make every meal from scratch. Sometimes, having a few pantry staples available makes it much easier to build satisfying meals and snacks that work for real life.

Here are eight Amazon finds I like to keep on hand.

1. Wasa Crispbread: A Crunchy, High-Fiber Snack

Whole-grain Wasa crispbread crackers served with peanut butter for a fiber-rich snack

Sometimes you just need something CRUNCHY! Wasa Crispbread is one of my go-to options when I want a crunchy base for a quick snack or mini meal.

Whole-grain varieties provide fiber, making them an easy way to add more fiber to your day.

Easy ways to enjoy Wasa Crispbread:

  • Peanut butter and a glass of milk
  • Egg salad
  • Chicken salad
  • Tuna salad
  • Whipped cream cheese
  • Hummus and sliced vegetables

One of my favorite combinations is two whole-grain crackers topped with peanut butter, paired with a glass of milk. The crackers provide about 6 grams of fiber, depending on the variety, while the peanut butter and milk add protein and fat for a more satisfying snack.

The goal isn't to find the "perfect" snack. It's to have foods around that make it easier to satisfy your hunger, enjoy what you're eating, and get a little more protein and fiber.

2. Thin Brown Rice Cakes: An Easy Way to Satisfy a Crunchy Craving

Yes, rice cakes can absolutely be part of a satisfying snack!

I know rice cakes sometimes get labeled as a diet food, but here's the thing: sometimes you just want CRUNCH.

Thin whole-grain brown rice cakes are easy to keep in the pantry and pair with a variety of toppings. Some varieties contain around 20 calories per cake, making them a light, crunchy base for other foods.

Try them with:

  • Peanut butter
  • Chocolate peanut butter
  • Avocado and your favorite seasoning
  • Egg salad
  • Cream cheese and fruit
  • Hummus and sliced cucumber

I especially like pairing crunchy foods with protein or healthy fats to make a snack more satisfying physically and mentally.

And remember, food doesn't have to meet some standard of being "healthy enough" to earn a place in your pantry. If you enjoy the crunch and it helps satisfy your craving, that's a win!

3. Finn Crisps: A Simple Way to Add More Fiber

Another crunchy favorite? Finn Crisps!

These thin, crispy rye crackers are an easy pantry staple when you want something crunchy with a little extra fiber. Some varieties provide about 3 grams of fiber per two crackers.

They're also incredibly versatile, so you can make them sweet or savory depending on what sounds good.

Try these easy topping ideas:

  • Peanut butter and banana
  • Egg salad
  • Tuna or salmon
  • Cheese and turkey
  • Avocado and everything seasoning

I like having a few different crunchy options on hand because sometimes a craving isn't just about hunger. You might genuinely want something crispy and crunchy!

Satisfying that craving can be part of eating well, too. Pair your crackers with a protein source or another favorite topping to turn them into a more substantial snack.

4. Salmon Packets: An Easy High-Protein Pantry Staple

If you don't have a few easy protein options sitting in your pantry, you're missing out on one of the simplest ways to pull together a quick meal.

Salmon packets are one of my favorite emergency foods because they're convenient, shelf-stable, and don't require draining or cooking. Some single-serving packets provide around 15 grams of protein.

Keep a few on hand for those days when you're hungry, short on time, or just don't feel like cooking.

Easy ways to use salmon packets:

  • Serve with crispbread or crackers.
  • Add to a bagged salad.
  • Pair with microwave rice and frozen vegetables.
  • Serve on toast with avocado.
  • Add to a baked or microwaved potato.

This is what I mean by having emergency foods on hand.

You don't need to meal prep every single meal. You just need a few foods that make the "I have nothing to eat" moment a LOT easier.

Having convenient protein options available can help you put together a balanced meal without starting from scratch.

5. Bada Bean Bada Boom: A Crunchy Snack With Protein and Fiber

Crunchy roasted fava beans with protein and fiber for a savory snack

If you love chips because you LOVE CRUNCH, try roasted fava beans!

Bada Bean Bada Boom is a crunchy, savory snack that offers a little more nutritional variety than some traditional crunchy snacks. Depending on the flavor, a serving provides approximately 6 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber.

They're a fun option when you want something salty and crunchy.

Here's how to enjoy roasted fava beans:

  • Eat them straight from the bag.
  • Portion some into a snack bowl.
  • Sprinkle them over a salad.
  • Pair them with fruit and cheese.
  • Add them to a snack mix with nuts.

I also love that they're not trying to pretend they're something they're not. They're crunchy roasted beans!

Protein, fiber, and crunch can make a snack more satisfying, and sometimes that's exactly what you're looking for.

You don't have to give up chips or other favorite snacks. It's simply helpful to have a variety of options available so you can choose what sounds good.

6. Dark Chocolate Almonds: A Sweet Snack for Chocolate Cravings

Dark chocolate-covered almonds for a sweet and crunchy snack

For the chocolate craving, don't automatically ignore it!

One of my favorite ways to enjoy a sweet snack is to combine chocolate, crunch, and a little staying power. Dark chocolate almonds are a great example.

A serving of approximately 28 almonds, depending on the product and portion size, may provide around 4 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber.

They're a convenient option when you want something sweet and crunchy.

Easy ways to enjoy dark chocolate almonds:

  • Pair them with fresh berries.
  • Add a handful to Greek yogurt.
  • Enjoy them with an apple.
  • Combine them with plain almonds for a snack mix.
  • Enjoy a small handful when a chocolate craving hits.

And honestly? Sometimes a few chocolate almonds are exactly what you need.

You don't have to eliminate every craving to eat well. You can enjoy the foods you love while also including protein, fiber, and other nourishing foods throughout your day.

A satisfying eating routine leaves room for enjoyment, too.

7. Mini Beef Sticks: Convenient Protein When You Need It Fast

Individually wrapped mini beef sticks paired with an apple for a convenient snack

Mini beef sticks are another convenient option I like to keep around because sometimes life gets busy and you need protein NOW.

Depending on the brand, mini beef sticks may provide around 4 grams of protein per stick. Individually wrapped options are easy to toss into a purse, lunch bag, or travel bag.

They're especially useful when you need something quick between errands, appointments, work, or activities.

Pair mini beef sticks with a fiber-rich food:

  • Beef stick and an apple
  • Beef stick and Wasa Crispbread
  • Beef stick and That's It! Crunchables
  • Beef stick and a handful of nuts
  • Beef stick and whole-grain crackers

A beef stick can provide convenient protein, while fruit or whole-grain crackers add fiber and carbohydrates.

Keep in mind that beef sticks can vary in sodium and saturated fat, so check the nutrition label if those are priorities for you.

These aren't meant to replace every meal. They're simply one more option for those moments when you need something convenient.

Having easy foods available isn't cheating. It's planning for real life!

8. That's It! Crunchables: A Sweet, Crunchy Fruit Snack

Crunchy fruit snacks paired with Greek yogurt for a sweet snack

For those moments when you want something SWEET and CRUNCHY, That's It! Crunchables are a fun pantry staple to consider.

These fruit snacks are made with fruit and offer a convenient, shelf-stable option for your pantry, desk, or travel bag.

Depending on the variety, a pouch may provide around 40 calories and 2 grams of fiber, with no added sugar.

They're an easy choice when you want something sweet after a meal or need a quick snack on the go.

Pair fruit Crunchables with a protein source:

  • Fruit Crunchables and a beef stick
  • Fruit Crunchables and Greek yogurt
  • Fruit Crunchables and cheese
  • Fruit Crunchables and nuts

The fruit provides carbohydrates, and some varieties contribute fiber. Pairing them with protein can make the snack more substantial.

Because snacks don't have to be complicated. Sometimes you just need something sweet, something crunchy, and a little protein or fiber to round it out.

How to Build More Satisfying Snacks With Protein and Fiber

You don't need to buy every product on this list to make eating well easier. Start with two or three options you genuinely enjoy, then build from there.

One simple approach I use is to think about what would make a snack more satisfying.

Try combining:

  • Protein: Greek yogurt, milk, cheese, salmon packets, beef sticks, eggs, or nuts.
  • Fiber-rich foods: Whole-grain crackers, fruit, vegetables, beans, or seeds.
  • Something you enjoy: Chocolate, a crunchy snack, a salty favorite, or something sweet.

For example, you could pair an apple with peanut butter, Greek yogurt with berries, or crispbread with tuna salad.

The combination will depend on your hunger, preferences, and what you have available. A snack doesn't always need to include every food group, and you don't need to hit a specific number at every eating occasion.

The bigger picture is to eat consistently and include a variety of foods that help you feel satisfied.

Why I Recommend Keeping Emergency Foods on Hand

One of the easiest ways to make healthy eating more realistic is to stop relying on having the time and energy to prepare everything from scratch.

We've all had those days when the schedule gets busy, lunch sneaks up on us, or we're hungry before dinner is ready.

Having a few convenient foods available can help you:

  • Make a quick snack when hunger strikes.
  • Pull together a simple lunch without cooking.
  • Add protein or fiber to meals that need a little something extra.
  • Satisfy sweet, salty, or crunchy cravings without unnecessary food rules.
  • Feel more prepared on busy days.

As a registered dietitian, I want healthy eating to feel doable, not like another full-time job.

You don't need a perfect pantry. You need a few reliable options that work for your life.
