Chocolate-Lovers Date Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates,
  • 1 cup nuts, any variety
  • 2 tbsps. cocoa
  • 2 tbsps. powered peanut butter (may use regular peanut butter, delete the water)
  • 3 tbsps. water

Instructions

  • 1. Put datesĀ in food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
    2. Add nuts in the food processor and pulse together. Blend together until mixture forms and sticks together.
    3. Add cocoa, powered peanut butter and water to the food processor. Process well until it forms a sticky mixture.
    4. Using a cookie dough scoop, form mixture into balls.
    *Store in an air-tight container and keep in the refrigerator or freezer for best results.
