I love an easy, healthy, and oh-so-filling Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili!

The beauty of this recipe is you need a few ingredients, dump them in the slow cooker, and let the flavors come together.

This recipe is a game-changer for busy days packed with nourishing ingredients for a fuss-free meal.

Put together in minutes!

If I have 5 minutes in the morning (or during the day), I can put together this recipe with the help of a few shortcut items.

Tender cooked chicken, hearty white beans, zesty green chilies, verde salsa, green bell peppers.

The convenience of this recipe lies in its simplicity – toss everything in, set it, forget it, and return to a home filled with the irresistible aroma of comfort.

Save time chopping

I don’t mind chopping a few ingredients, but after using my chopper, I am hooked! It is fun to chop, and the precision size of the pepper is perfection. Here is a link for the veggie chopper that I use for this recipe.

Eat for the week!

This recipe is great for lunch leftovers. I have frozen this chili in Pyrex containers for later use and it has worked well.

The heartiness of the beans, chicken, and veggies is satisfying and filling. I love to add the toppings like shredded cheese, tortilla chips, tortilla strips, or even some slices of avocado might go well.
