Help! These nights and days are busier than expected, but that is okay, I am doing my best! 😉
What I have learned the last few weeks since school has started, keep a few staple products on hand each week to make SUPER simple meals.
And honestly, these days, I really don’t meal prep, but I do have an idea of what to eat with a few short cut products.
Meals in less than 15-minutes!
Here are some of my favorite short cut proteins:
Protein sources found in the freezer:
Quick Proteins for Sheet Pan Dinners
I like to keep chicken sausage or shrimp stocked in the frig and freezer to throw together a quick sheet pan dinner.

Potatoes in the Air Fryer
If you have not tried potatoes in the air fryer – please make this a priority!
They are delicious and so easy to make in about 10 minutes. Here is a link to the silicone air fryer liner.
Cut baby potatoes, in half or chop up a large potato or sweet potato and place in the air fryer. Drizzle a little olive oil and season with everything but the bagel seasoning onto potatoes.
An inexpensive side for any meal – a favorite at my house!
