Cocoa Coffee Almond Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coffee (brewed, espresso)
  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 cup Oats (rolled)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
Instructions
  1.  Preheat the oven to 325ºF (160ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, coffee, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the oats
    and almonds, and stir to combine.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until light
    golden brown, stirring once halfway through.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. It will crisp up as it cools. Enjoy!
