Eating the Colors of the Rainbow

How many colors can you count on your plate (from fruits & veggies)?

RED – Have been shown to help reduced risk of many cancers, especially prostate cancer, and protect against heart attacks.

GREEN – Beneficial for strong bone and promotes eye health. 

BLUE/PURPLE – Rich in antioxidants and may help improve memory function.

ORANGE/YELLOW – Healthy immune system (keep you from getting sick) and help heal cuts or wounds. 

The more colors you count, the more nutrients for your body!
