HIIT workouts are my favorite! Fast and effective! When time is short, feel great getting a little workout in and somehow it feels like you worked double the amount of time.
Breakdown of the workout: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest, after two rounds you get one minute rest. You will perform each round two times. I follow this HIIT timer on YouTube: HIIT Workout 30/10. Follow along with the recommended exercise I list on the graphic. I keep telling myself, “I can do this for 30 seconds!” It’s a good one and gets a sweat on and it is only a total of 24 minutes. There are many other HIIT timers on Spotify or YouTube if you want to change up the music. Enjoy! DD
