Yum! This is just an English cucumber with a spread of Laughing Cow cheese and a sprinkle of Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning. Cucumbers are high in antioxidants and eating cucumbers with the peel on provide the maximum amount of nutrients. English cucumbers or mini cucumbers have a thinner skin and less seeds (some are seedless).

Green apples are not my everyday pick but when you pair it with a dip, like this one, the tartness of the apple goes great with the sweeteness. This dip reminds me of a Snickers dip, that’s my favorite! 😍

Crunchy is my own food group. Always need a little crunch with a snack or at lunch. These little guys even provide some nutrition with four grams of fiber per serving (22 crisps) and the first ingredient is green snap peas.

Greens and tuna. Add extra greens to pack a punch of nutrients. These flavored tuna packs are a great way to pack in a whopping 15 grams of protein for a very filling snack.  Plus there are so many flavors to pick from your favorites. 

Kiwi with a small spoon, it the cutest, right?! If the kiwi is very ripe, the spoon trick is very easy. By the way, you can eat the skin but I’ve never tried it and don’t think I will but people do, just adds more fiber.🤷🏻‍♀️

Kiwis are rich in vitamin C, potassium, fiber and so many more – they are usually on any super food list.

This snack has become an absolute must on the shopping list.  I’m  obsessed with this avocado verde with these crunchy tortilla chips.  The avocado verde is a blend of tomatillo salsa with guacamole.  It has less calories than guacamole but still has that great guac favor.
