It’s Monday… it’s already February, wow, time is flying by here in 2020!
Do ever go to the gym and try a little of this and a little of that and go home feeling, “What did I do?” You have full intention to do some work but leave kind of lost, blah!
Today, I would like to share a simple, go-to plan when you are time crunched or just do not know what to do at the gym. These exercises can all be done at home, too. 🙌🏼
