What’s for lunch Wednesday?! Today I’m featuring an addicting, delicious simple wrap. After I took all the pretty pictures the other day, I dug into this wrap and took a bite and then another and then another. This was post lunch 😳 It was extremely filling and satisfying. I’ve made this before but I forgot how good it really is! I think the star ingredient is the avocado verde (guac + salsa).

Here’s how I made the wrap.

Start off with a flat bread, there are many kinds, here is a brand I buy from Walmart grocery pickup.

The wraps are huge and contain a good amount of fiber and protein (high five).

Here are the layers added:

1) 2 tbsps. avocado verde

2) 2 tbsps. shredded lettuce

3) 2 tbsps. shredded cheese

4) 1 to 2 tbsp. fresh salsa

5) chopped veggies (use any you like! I added about a 1/2 cup of chopped veggies).

Last month I featured some dips…Delicious Dips: Perfect for the Holidays. I have used two of them for this wrap. I’m (my kids, too!) addicted to both!

This wrap is a wonderful way to add in more veggies to your usual lunch. Sometimes salads get old and this is a great way to change things up! Add a side of fruit or even some chips (like I did 😬) for filling lunch!
