Hello! Lately I’ve been buying quite a bit of frozen fruit. I’m learning that my kids love most varieties at any snack or meal. I stock up at Costco and have a couple different frozen fruits on hand at all times.

If you checked out my Instagram story from the weekend, we had frozen mixed berries (thawed) with whipped topping for lunch on Saturday. I had a couple servings and then after the kids’ brain freezes, I finished up the last couple of bites😂. It was delicious and satisfied my sweet tooth!

Frozen fruit is an awesome go-to for making a delicious sweet treat! Plus frozen fruits are picked at their prime nutrition and then frozen.

The recipe is super simple and a fan favorite!

Mango is packed with good-for-you nutrients. A one-cup serving of mango provides 2.6 gms of fiber, 67% (RDI) vitamin C, 20% copper, 18% folate, 12% vitamin B6, 10% vitamin A, 9.7% vitamin and there so many more nutrients! Wow, right!

These nutrients help keep the immune system healthy, prevent diseases and unwanted cell damage. It’s a win for mango!
