Today’s favorite product of the week is Bolthouse Farms® creamy yogurt and olive oil vinaigrettes! They are low in calories and have wonderful flavor! Plus they are one of the lowest dressings (I have seen) in sodium content.
My favorites are Caesar and Honey Mustard! They are also great in your favorite wrap – chicken Caesar, honey mustard ham, Rueben with thousand island, spicy buffalo chicken with blue cheese and more – get creative!
The vinaigrettes are made with olive oil – a great source of monounsaturated fats – helpful in increasing your HDL (healthy) cholesterol.

Greek yogurt is a wonderful choice for nutrition and lower in calories! Plus you get a great protein punch (15 gm/cup) and good source of calcium. Most yogurts contain about 6 gms of protein. In addition, Greek yogurt can replace foods such as fresh cream, mayonnaise and sour cream, that have a much higher number of calories, thus making it easier to control weight.
Crab Dill Dip
All you need:
1 (17.7oz) container Greek yogurt
1 package imitation crab
1 packet Simply Organic Creamy Dill Seasoning (or any seasoning dressing packet)
All you do:
1.Mix yogurt, crab and seasoning packet together
2.Serve with crackers.
