Monday Moves! Hold It!

Here’s a little workout you can do anywhere! And I was thinking I could even check my email, respond to text messages or even catch up on “This is Us” 🤗😱 while holding these moves, eh?

This workout focuses on isometric moves that does a ton for your muscles. And notice, you are working ALL areas of your body!

Start out with doing 30 seconds each move and if you’re comfortable, then move up to 45 seconds and so on. This can be done after some weight lifting or supplement after some cardio or just a little something while you do something else 😂.

1) Plank

2) Sumo Squat (hold it)

3) Glute Bridge (hold it)

4) Reverse Lunge

5) Side Plank
