Monday Moves: Leg & Booty Workout

Hey folks! Gotta case of Monday’s? I know my kiddos would have loved a snow today but it only snowed inch and half so that means things run as usual.

Today’s moves are focusing and legs and butt. Two areas I need to work!

Here’s the rundown…

1. Squats (you may add dumbells as your side to increase resistance)

2. Side steps with band. Here are three bands I use Resistance bands

3. Forward lunges

4. Sumo squats (you may add dumbells as your side to increase resistance)

5. Wall sit

Perform 2 to 3 rounds!
