Monday Moves: Cardio & Strength Ladder Workout

Happy Monday! 2020’s first full week – Are you ready?! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ The holidays, winter break and having no schedule is nice but I guess it’s time to get back on track, ahh…

If you’re like me and kinda dreading the craziness of the new year gym overload, you can always do this little quick workout at home. A little heart-pumping cardio plus giving those muscles a burn is my kinda of all-in-one workout. It can be done any day of the week, anywhere and at anytime! No excuses 😉😏.

Here’s a refresher for the exercises.

Push-ups

Squat jacks

Triceps dips

Frog hops

Triple bear

Plyo lunges

Yes, your legs will be on fire! But that’s the point, right?! 😂. Do what you can and modify if needed. Just move and do what you love! Jam out to your favorite tunes and get a little sweat on, I’m sure you will feel better after.
