Well friends . . . here are my absolute favorite recipes that I have come up with while blogging, so far!  Hopefully  you will share these quick and healthy recipes your friends and family! 

Who says healthy food tastes bad?  Who says healthy food has to be difficult and time consuming?   Who?  Not me?  Eh, well . . . let’s get inspired and let’s get cooking!  By the way these recipes are in no particular order . . .just some of my favs!


Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip is perfect for entertaining and might I add they also make the best leftover lunch! It is so good and so simple, a great stress-free dish!



Strawberry Spinach Salad

Whenever I see this picture I say to myself, “Oh man! I need to make that again!”  It is simply wonderful and will get you eating loads of spinach!  Rock on spinach!



No-Bake Caramel Apple Pie

Just glorious!  This recipe will totally satisfy your craving for caramel along with a delicious mouth-watering apple!  If you are craving some dessert in a jiffy, this recipe is perfect!



Super Simple Fruit Pizza

My new favorite entertaining dessert and let’s not forget super kid-friendly! So simple you can whip this up in no time! Plus is looks just gorgeous for a red and green holiday treat!

Lunch, dinner, snack?  This is a perfect recipe for any of those meal times!  Plus it is a great way to eat your veggies.  This was one of my top recipes on pinterest!  Another goodie for entertaining and even the kiddos will gobble it up!  Hooray for that, huh!

Here is another top pinner on pinterest and that definitely speaks for itself! This is how a salad should be made, chock-ful of  flavor with tons of yummy grilled veggies including my favorite edamame!



Zucchini Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins 

Definitely a snack staple! Freeze them and have them on hand at all times! They make the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or help satisfy any sweet tooth craving mid-afternoon! Yes! They make me feel good feeding them to my kids and I don’t feel bad splurging on them with a cup of coffee!



Easy Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Soup

As it gets colder outside, I think I could eat this every single day!  So comforting and so delicious!  This soup also freezes great!   Another winner in the entertaining book!



Heart-Shaped Pizza

Okay, you don’t have to make them heart-shaped but these little guys are the perfect solution to making homemade pizza a little bit healthier and super duper delicious (my kids will say)!  Enjoy the goodness of super, super simple whole wheat  pizza!



Tomato Parmesan Soup

Another comforting soup in the winter! With the cheese in the soup, believe it or not, but a grilled cheese alongside is really not necessary, it is just that good!  Maybe some croutons for some crunch instead. (But of course a grilled would still be wonderful, too!)



Apple Spice Muffins

Again another snack must-have!  Or breakfast . . .these are the perfect anytime muffins.  A wonderful wholesome treat for the kids!



No-Bake Chocolate Chip & Oatmeal Cookies

Gosh, I really need to get to work and start making these too!   I always keep them in the freezer and again I love the fact of eating real food! Come to me chocolate, yum!
