No-Bake Cookie Recipe–So simple, you’ll freak they are actually good-for-you!

These little treats are perfect for the holidays and any time of the day, too! I think I had a couple for breakfast with a cup of coffee . They are super, super easy and not too bad on the nutritional side!
Start on the stove-top with a large pot, add sugar, milk and butter. I used 1/2 cup regular sugar and 1/4 cup stevia.
Bring to a rolling boil and remove from heat.
Remove the pot from heat and add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Oats, peanut butter and chia flour, you can also use ground flaxseed or wheat germ instead of the chia flour.
Here is the chia flour that I used, again flaxseed or wheat germ could be substituted.
Add 6 heaping tablespoons of cocoa! Real cocoa is loaded with antioxidants! Hooray!
Mix, yum, yum or nom, nom, oh yeah, I better save some for everyone else!
Scoop mix onto a sheet of wax paper – all done!!!

No –Bake Cookies (serves ~36)
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup stevia
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
3 cups rolled oatmeal
6 tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chia flour
Preparation
Put sugar, milk and butter in a pan and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a sheet of wax paper. No baking required!
Be careful, they go really fast!
