I still learn things from my mom and would like to share this tip to eating more veggies!
My mother leaves her relish tray in the frig at all times and when it comes dinner or snack time, they just pull out the tray full of different veggies!
What a great tip, instead of pulling out container after container, put everything in your relish tray and bring out once. You will always have a variety of veggies to choose from!
Here is my tray! The dip is two (6-oz) containers of nonfat Greek yogurt with a half packet of ranch seasoning.
