Watermelon Granita–Cheers!

Wow, cool off with a refreshing homemade slushy!  Get the kids involved and make this super simple drink with some tasty watermelon.  They will be begging for more!

3 cups seedless watermelon

1/3 cup sugar

1 squeezed lime

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.  Make sure the watermelon is super cold or you can add a couple of ice cubes.
