Breakfast Pita Pocket–Start your day off right

I like to focus on healthy carbohydrates for the every meal especially breakfast.  I know I have shown this product for my simple tacos but these pitas work in every aspect of a meal or snack.

For breakfast I have made a simple egg in the microwave plus a half slice of pepper jack cheese paired in a whole wheat pita! (Place one egg in a microwave-safe bowl for one minute. Add a half slice of cheese for 15 seconds)  This pita is only 100 calories, 4 grams fiber and 7 grams of protein!

 

Also why not try an egg that contains heart-healthy omega-3’s!
