Think about these words and what they mean to you. Are you someone who doesn’t follow through with your goals? Do you say to yourself every weekend, “I will start my “diet” on Monday!” or “since I ruined today I might as well eat the rest of the cookies.”
Whether your goal is weight loss or lowering your cholesterol or blood sugar – you are only cheating yourself by making poor choices.
I saw this saying but do not know who it is from – “There is no elevator to success.” Make this year, your year!
