We all know the most important meal of the day is breakfast but what are some good items for kids?

 

I found some great products that are made with wholesome whole grain including adequate nutrients!

Very toddler appealing and made with whole grain, great source of fiber!  Only 80 calories per 4 waffles, 3 grams fat, 12 grams carbohydrates, 2 grams sugar, 25% iron, 100% thiamin, 20% riboflavin, folic acid and zinc!

Snack or breakfast on-the-go!

 

Now most high fiber bars contain chicory root which can be a bit much for some people and definitely maybe troublesome for kids.  But here is a bar that uses rolled oats and inulin as major fiber sources.  Five grams may be a bit higher for some toddlers (probably not my child because she is used to it Smile – but maybe just a half bar if they are having some problems anyway) 

The are super delicious and the perfect amount of chewy and chocolate!
