I love those meals where you can just throw it together in just minutes! Ahh, dinner is done! I bought a smoked turkey breast from the store and it seems like we have been eating it for the past week (sorry honey!) but I needed a bit more creativity to make a yummy meal! And that is when I found a new kind of dressing from Bolthouse Farms! Asian Ginger!
For one salad here is what I used:
2 cups dark leafy greens
1/2 cup shredded cabbage (from a coleslaw mix)
diced green peppers
1/4 cup mandarin oranges
3 oz lean protein (chicken or turkey)
Add dressing and top with Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato chips! The sweetness of the chips were the perfect topping! Way better than Chinese noodles and much healthier too!
