WOW – this is phenomenal! Instead of chicken for this week add some leftover turkey and make a simple salad absolutely delicious!
Oriental Dressing
Ingredients
3 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 c. low fat mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp sesame oil
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
The sesame oil is the key to this dressing! I use reduced-fat mayo with olive oil, a nice blend of moderate consumption of fat and sodium. Sometimes those fat-free versions are packed with sodium or sugar!
Instead of fried noodles try this – Top it off with some toasted whole wheat noodles! In a skillet pan, add a touch of oil and sauté some whole wheat spaghetti noodles. Turn noodles over till they get a little brown and crispy. Add a touch of sesame oil to the noodles. Sauté for about 10 to 12 minutes. The noodles will crispy up and become a little hard. Break up noodles and place over the salad.
Enjoy!

I love this salad, will have to try this dressing!
