Studies have shown if you have an exercise partner, you are more likely to stick to an exercise plan. This is so very true! If you know you are meeting your friend at 6:00 a.m. at the gym, you may not hit snooze and skip out.
Lately my husband and I have been going for walks and there have been days when I could take a nap instead but a refreshing walk/jog makes it all worth it.
Also another way to maintain accountability is to have a weekly weigh in. Again if have a buddy to weigh in with you are more likely to not slack and obtain your weight loss goals.
