1 tbsp canola oil
¼ small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 lb frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp 100% frozen orange juice, from concentrate
- In a large skillet, add canola oil, onion and garlic.
- Add vegetables and sauté.
- Add soy sauce and frozen orange juice concentrate.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for an additional 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
