Healthy food should just taste good! Why not crave it just like you would junk food? The is key is preparing healthy foods in the most appetizing way and enjoying it at every meal!
I did just that this weekend! I love this time of year where my garden is overflowing with fresh veggies – so many that I have to give some away to neighbors, we can’t keep up!
I made a homemade salsa with the jalapenos, chilies, cucumbers and tomatoes from my garden. I added some other ingredients to make the most beautiful, yet, delicious salsa! I ate this at every meal with my pulled chicken and some fresh greens. It was spectacular!
Here is a rough recipe

1 bunch cilantro, chopped
12 roma tomatoes, diced
2 cucumbers, seeded and diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 chilies, diced
2 jalapenos, diced and seeded
2 tbsp garlic flavored olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar ( I had raspberry vinegar)
Combine all ingredients together.
Good food should taste good! This is delicious!
