Only 130 calories, 100% whole wheat; 8 grams of fiber and 10 grams of protein!  This little bagel is perfect for breakfast or even a snack!  I like to add an egg and cheese for breakfast or toast it with some peanut butter for a filling snack.

With 8 grams of fiber and this much protein it also doesn’t taste like cardboard – it is super soft and scrumptious like a bagel!

I have had trouble finding these bagels consistent in the grocery store so don’t give up and you may want to ask.  Even on the internet, it has been difficult to find – let’s cross our fingers and hope this product continues.
