Ok, I think I have done this recipe a million and one ways but I think this one is phenomenal!


And what I really like about it is that it is extremely easy!  A great go-to recipe for any occasion.


Pulled Chicken

2 1/2 lbs frozen chicken breasts

1 envelope Herbox chicken bouillon (sodium-free)

1 /2 – 2 tbsps Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning

3 – 4 tbsp brown sugar


Put all ingredients in a crock-pot on HIGH for at least 4 hours. 


And like magic you have the perfectly seasoned chicken – sweet and spicy – yummy!!

Throw in a sandwich, on a salad or in a wrap! And did you notice, no added sodium! Very low in sodium!  So if you have some potato chips, like I did, with my sandwich it won’t be too bad.
