Make it a frappe!

I am pretty hooked on these for some reason as the weather gets warmer.  I find at about 2 or 3 o’clock I am hungry and want something refreshing – this does the trick!

 

Here is my recipe of what I have been doing – delish!

Ingredients

3-4 tsp instant coffee (less or more depending upon how much you like the coffee flavor – I like more)

3/4 cup skim milk

2 tbsp light Hershey syrup

1 tsp vanilla caramel coffee creamer

1 cup ice

Preparation

Dissolve instant coffee in 1-2 oz hot water.  Combine all the other ingredients into a blender and blend well.

 

This is about 110 calories which is great!  If you look at Starbuck, McDonalds or any other place they are at least 300 to 400 calories – yikes, that is a whole meal!
