Okay, I know I already posted this recipe but look at how beautiful they are!
My Pomegranate Blueberry Cupcakes – I even added 2 tablespoons of ground chia seeds to the recipes too!
Only 110 calories for something sweet and they have a ton of blueberries! I think a picture says it all – yummy – and will motivate you to make them yourself! Load up on the antioxidants with these little treats!
These are the items that I used
If you want to dress it up and have as a “gourmet” dessert – bake in a 9-by-13-inch pan and cut into squares. Just add fresh or frozen blueberries or strawberries and add a touch of whipped topping. Makes a beautiful dessert and it is absolutely wonderful!
