Monday Motivation – JUST DANCE!

Just Dance on Wii!  This was a total blast!  After seeing all the fun our neighbors had with this game we finally bought it this last week and played it with the family for Easter!  Way to burn off those jelly beans and chocolate bunnies! 

 

 

We had groups of four players and we had everyone join the party – from young to old(er).  I had so much fun but maybe that is also because I get into it a little bit and deep down want to be a hip-hop dancer . . . shhh!  I think we played it for at least 2 1/2 hours and boy did I work up a sweat (major sweat marks on my tank top)!  Even a very prego lady can enjoy this game (I even beat some family members).

Why not have fun, burn some calories and work up a sweat!  This might be apart of my new work-out regimen, at least to change things up a bit!  Remember, exercise doesn’t have to be boring – do what you LIKE to do.  The main thing is to get moving and have fun!

    I have done this two days in a row, yes by myself mostly, but it is a great workout and it is fun. I really do not want to stop. I don’t know how long I did it the other night but I keep extending my time to stop – just five more minutes!
