I thought I better touch on this before they becomes old news – sandwich thins or thin buns – depending upon the company. Here are the two brands that I have tried and both are very good!
They are only 100 calories with 5 grams of fiber! Wonderful for a sandwich but I think I will have to say I really love having them for breakfast – toasted with PB&J! Yummy!
Another great way to use them is to make little fruit pizzas. I use whipped brown sugar cream cheese and top them with mixed fruit (may add a drizzle of honey or agave nectar too) – superb!
