Hopefully you haven’t lost hope for your New Year’s resolution yet.  And as I always say, if you have fallen off track a bit – no big deal – just pick yourself back up and start again!

 

From previous posts I have focused on listening to your body’s hunger and here is another good tip as to why this topic is very important.

 

Even just an extra 100-calories each day can lead up to 10 pounds in a year! 

So leaving a little more on your plate can easily help you reach your weight-loss goal.  You will probably just feel as full leaving behind those extra five bites as if you would eating them.

 

You don’t have to belong to the “clean” plate club but maybe you could be apart of the “lean” plate club!

 

Don’t let another excuse get in the way of your goals to a healthier you!
