Every little step . . .
Ok, so maybe your New Year’s resolution exercise plan might not be going according to plan BUT keep in mind any movement is great! Studies have shown that even if you break up a 30-minute workout into three 10-minute workouts – it is still beneficial!
Just keep moving! Of course we have all heard – use the stairs instead of the elevator, park farther away in the parking lot and so on. Just increase your steps! A pedometer is fun way to track your daily steps.
After telling my husband how many steps I did at work – he wanted to try (to see if he could beat me – but he didn’t). Why not make it a challenge against your spouse, co-worker, family or friend. Nothing more motivating than a little competition.
